The January 2005 LSC forms pack is now up and ready for downloading. The new forms set will become mandatory from the 31st January 2005, but can be used from now on.

We have also been notified of changes to the Claim 5 form. This form is not be be used until, BUT IS ALSO mandatory from, the 1st March 2005. Please check back for further details.

I am delighted to announce that, from 1st March next year, the basic forms will expire every three months, instead of every month. This will save you having to go through those lengthy downloads on such a regular basis. There will be a small fee to cover our operating costs in implementing these changes and to cover the cost of maintaining the forms throughout the year. From 1st May 2005, the forms will cost £79 per annum but we will be offering access for your first year at the reduced rate of £49 during March and April. After these new forms launch, we will no longer be offering a free forms service.
