Premium forms are easier to use

AUTOMATION IMPROVEMENTS:

• Improved Installation: The new installation file (HDI file) automatically installs the forms at the click of a button. It also places required files into the correct folder on your computer. It has been designed NOT to remove any of your forms or answer files, protecting all your current data, and to be compatible with all systems.
• Calculations: more calculations are automatically performed for you.
  
• Reduction of repetitive data entry: more HotDocs Interviews which will only ask each question once.
  
• Answers are validated: more answers are validated by HotDocs automatically (numbers and dates).
  
• HotDocs Interviews: are generally more organised and comprehensive.

SAVE OPTIONS IMPROVEMENTS:

• PDF Document and HPT Format: Now, with HotDocs PDF Advantage (available free to Premium subscribers), you can save your completed forms as PDF documents, which can be kept as a permanent record of your forms. Saving your forms in PDF format also allows you to send these forms to others who do not have HotDocs (requires Adobe Acrobat).
• Re-useable Answer File: Save all your answers for more forms in a single re-usable answer file. This allows you to recreate any form or re-use these answers for most forms. If saved in ANX format, you can view these using a different program such as Internet Explorer – just drag the file into it to see your answers!
  
• Create a Document: Save the completed form for viewing later. Ideal if you may need to make minor changes which do not involve calculations.
  
• Improved Forms Library: the Library has also been designed to be more intuitive to use – each form now has a simple, more concise explanation, and each folder now lists all forms within it along with the version number/date.

Premium forms are Better Supported

• 4 hour email response time : email support has been increased to provide a response within 4 hours (working hours).
  
• Email notification of LSC Updates: Receive notification whenever the LSC update their forms, ensuring that you do not run the risk of using out-of-date forms.

Premium forms are accompanied by improved help

• Frequently Asked Questions section: includes information which has not been made available previously.
  
• Improved onscreen help: guidance is now available in the resource pane of many of the forms.
